All the best with ur classes.
200 kegals a day? wow in that case u should not have any tears.
Natural birth is the way to go!!! Some1 said that a nurse told her its a myth that the epidural can cripple women. And that is true, but the nurse twisted it up and did not tell her that its the needle (if not injected in the right spot) can cause the damage

I live in GA and we do tons of homebirths. There is nothing hard about it. I’m planning one myself.

Ok let me tell you what will prep your utri for labor LOL First is You need to drink 6 glasses of caffeine Free Red Raspberry Leaf tea…My friend told me about it and i know your like 5 months and you should start at 4 months but better late then never.LOL And it makes your labor shorter she drank it every day and had a 4 hour labor. …Next comment…….

I was going to make a video on why I was choosing a home birth too. I’m glad to hear how prepared you are, it’s almost like training isn’t it.

Yea, it is like training…but ultimately all this is going to make us better mommies. Good luck on your home birth.

It is true!!! Regarding red rasberry tea. I drank it throughout the end of my pregnancy and during labor. My water broke at 10 30am and I had my baby at 2 that afternoon. I pushed for 6 minutes and he came out so fast his face was bruised.
