@jlmjen – I’m not entirely sure what was going on here, but I think the cord was wrapped around the babies neck in a way that made delivery difficult. Notice at around 0:35 they told her “don’t push” and cut the umbillical cord with only baby’s head emerged , then baby all but slid out.
Learn as much as you can about child birth and you will be much less afraid, and with that, much less in pain. Natural child birth is what your body has been designed to do for millions of years!
@BowToYourHighness Well thank god for technology, pain medication, and hospitals, because there’s NO way I’m going without. Screw natures fucked up design, I’m taking the biggest dose they can legally give me. Better yet, I’ll just probably get a c-section. No baby is worth messing up my vagina.
@AngryActivist45 – Well, that’s one approach. I wish you the best of luck. Check the medical statistics for the heightened risks associated with the birthing approaches you mention: increased risks of health complications (potentially life threatening) to both you and the baby; increased risk of infection to you (C-section), etc. There are trade-offs for all routes you choose.
Post-birth, routine exercise will bring your vagina back to pre-birth condition very quickly.
@BowToYourHighness I’m actually thinking of just adopting. So many children out there waiting for homes, why add to earths growing problem called “Over Population” and just adopt? The the rate of babies coming to this world, we can’t keep up. Humans take and take with no care in the world until shit hits the fan and we’re all screwed.
@AngryActivist45 You’ve hit the nail square on the head. The 800 lb gorilla in the room any time we talk about sustainable development is the rapidly increasing global population and the pressure it puts on earth’s natural resources. Props to you. Spread the word.
@zebell33 I totally agree with you….what was the point of the dr pulling and tugging on the baby like that. they should only be there to catch, not force it out. i only like dr’s when the are absolutely needed. i bet if the dr didnt intervene she probably wouldnt have torn.
@smartypats lol….no. to avoid ripping, some women have their partner stretch their vagina’s a bit with their finger (gloved) and olive oil to soften the perineum and loosen it up for birth so tearing is less likely
@crunchymama25 agreed 100%…i believe if mama was abled to move around during labor it might have been easier for to give birth, not on her back, but maybe in a squatting position and listening to her body to tell her when to push and not a dr this may have ended up better. western dr only think about getting mom in, delivered, and out the door. when thats not happening on their clock they jump over mother natures head and intervene. smh
@AngryActivist45 I admire those willing to adopt. I am not one of them. It is not the same as having your own child. Why should I give up the opportunity to have my own because a mother out there for one reason or another was not able to take care of theirs. There are many ways of helping these children that do not involve adoption.

@wrodz7657 Oh really!? Jeeze, I had NO clue!!!!! WOW. thanks for clearing that up for me.
1. No one said you had to give up your opportunity, got it?
2. You missed the point I was making, the big picture. But you seem to only think of yourself, so why bother telling you.
3. Have fun with your saggy, stretched out skin, breasts, and vagina. Hope having your own is worth it.
@AngryActivist45 Well saggy, stretched out skin, and breast is all worth it. You are a genius if you think your vagina doesn’t go back to normal. You might want to get educated before you put your opinion out there, No idea having your own children was selfish and only caring about not getting saggy and stretched out skin and vagina wasn’t. You are the on e worried about “some baby” messing up your vagina not me. You sound very selfish to me.
@wrodz7657 I wouldn’t have said anything if I wasn’t educated. USUALLY, it goes back to normal, but not all the time. To me personally, it’s not worth the risk. Call me selfish all you want, I could give a shit less.
and my husband wants to have children… he must think this is like lifting weights. after seeing this video, I DO NOT want to give birth!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
