with male condoms their is a 2% failure rate if use perfectly, and 15% with ‘actual use’
Oral contraceptive have a 0.3% failure rate when taken properly, and 8% rate with ‘actual use’
Most girls get pregnant on BC cuz they miss pills and take them irregularly. My cousins wife swears to me she used both methods and still had a son. Who knows?
here is the site where i found the list on this stuff…http://www.contracept.org/risks.php
Unlikely, but like a 1 percent chance. It happened to my friend… but for all i know she could have missed a dose one time or something… sorry if that was no help.
With birth control pills, the chances of becoming pregnant are extremely low (about or around 1%) whereas condoms are far less reliable because they can break, etc. but using them prevents sexually transmitted diseases, so using both is a good idea both for prevention of pregnancy and preventing STDs, especially if more than one partner and/or not in a long-term committed relationship.
Condoms, BC, and spermicide which most condoms already contain, your good. It would be pretty hard to get pregnant with all that unless of course the condom was old/expired or the BC was taken improperly.

very very tiny if both are used properly, to decrease your chances even more you could use spermicidal lube

Well, Birth control gives you a 50/50 chance NOT to, and the condom enhances that chance NOT to get preggo

If you take birth control correctly, and use a condom every time you have intercourse, then the chances of getting pregnant are very very very low.
The condom could pop, but the birth control should stop it.
So you’ve got kind of a two-stage protection system.
As long as you don’t get lazy and skip birth control pills, or have unprotected sex, then you should be okay.

Very smart. But remember that the birth control does not kick in untill 3 weeks of taking it straight.
